Ricky has been hard at work on our basement painting the walls and ceiling. We are planning on putting our townhouse on the market to see if we get any bites. We are in no hurry, but would like to get an actual single family home. We are wanting more room for our doggies to run and play, plus with the baby on the way, we will be upgrading to more visitors I am imagining. Which means more room is needed, plus I'm just wanting a house. We are planning on staying in this general area, but have found nothing yet. We really aren't looking hard, because it all depends on if this place sells or not. Hopefully we will get some takers sooner than later, but in this market you never know. We have lots of little stuff to do upstairs and will be busy on that in the next week or two. So we will keep every one posted on our progress.
